DATE 18TH CENTURY AND LATER, IN THE MANNER OF GIUSEPPE MAGGIOLINI; RESTORED BY EDWARDS & ROBERTS
Each decorated throughout with crossbanding and bands of foliate vines, the rectangular top centred by a roundel inlaid with musical instruments and playing cards, above a frieze drawer with swagged musical instruments and flowers, with two further drawers below inlaid sans traverse with a roundel depicting a female figure, emblematic for Music, and a putto, the stiles with foliate filled vase, the sides with central roundels depicting a village, on square tapering legs, stamped to the drawer EDWARDS & ROBERTS, the marquetry and veneer partially replaced
