In Dutch rococo taste; melon-shaped, on a circular foliate rim, the partly-fluted body with shaped foliate spout and wooden handle, the body chased with scrolling foliage and flowers, engraved with a coat-of-arms and crest beneath an Earl's coronet, the hinged foliate cover with leaf finial, marked under base and cover, also stamped STORR & MORTIMER
