A RARE GILT-BRONZE STANDING FIGURE OF GUANYIN
17TH/18TH CENTURY
The deity is finely cast standing on a double-lotus pedestal and dressed in long flowing robes, tied at the waist. The chest is left bare and adorned with beaded jewels. The face has a serene expression and is framed by an elaborate diadem enclosing a small figure of Amitabha.
