A PALE CELADON JADE EWER AND A COVER
THE EWER 17TH CENTURY
The flattened pear-shaped ewer is supported on a lobed spreading foot, with each side of the body depicting mountain landscapes with pavilions and trees. One side with a 'C'-shaped handle, and the other with a spout emerging from a monster mask. The later cover is surmounted by a finial carved with Shoulao. The stone is of a pale tone with cloudy inclusions.
