A WHITE AND RUSSET JADE PLAQUE
18TH/ 19TH CENTURY
The plaque is carved as a gnarled branch with blossoms, with a four- character inscription meishou changchun, that may be translated as "longevity of plum, everlasting spring". The stone is of a white tone with russet inclusions.
