8° (219 x 140mm). Eight half-tone plates, three of these with Vita Sackville-West as subject. (Light scattered spotting on edges, preliminary leaves and index.) Original orange cloth, spine titled in gilt, original illustrated dust-jacket printed in black (dust-jacket spine ends chipped, small chips and short tears at corners and edges, light soiling, endpapers lightly browned). Author's signature in purple ink on the front endpaper.
