Il représente Cakrasamvara au centre du mandala. Il est entouré d'autres divinités figurées sur les pétales d'un lotus à l'intérieur d'un palais. Ce dernier est entouré de frises de pétales et de flammes. Les coins sont rehaussés de divinités protectrices. La partie supérieure est agrémentée de cinq Taras flanquées par deux divinités. La partie inférieure est ornée de diverses divinités flanquées de deux scènes d'offrande, au-dessus d'une inscription en Newari.

The blue tutelary deity Cakrasamvara is an important deity in the esoteric Buddhist pantheon with his own tantra devoted to him, the Cakrasamvaratantra. He is one of the most venerated Buddhist yidams in the Kathmandu Valley. Shown here in sexual embrace with his consort Vajravarahi. Together they trample on the blue Bhairava and the red Kalaratri, emanations of the Hindu gods Shiva and Durga.
