With blued nitro (2013 reproof) barrels signed in full and engraved with a spray of foliage on the rib (left bore measurement marginal), 2 3/4in. (70mm) chambers, bored approx. 1/4 and 1/2 choke, bright finely bouquet and scroll engraved action signed 'IMPERIAL EJECTOR' on the underside, bright scroll engraved toplever, manual safety with gold-inlaid 'SAFE', bright signed locks each with fine bouquet and scroll engraving and gold-inlaid cocking-indicator, figured 15 1/4in. (38.5cm.) stock including 3/4in. wood extension and 3/4in. ventilated rubber butt-pad (perished), and bright trigger-guard engraved en suite, in brass-cornered oak and leather single guncase for gun no. 14370, lined in red baize (main compartment extended, compartment lid relined) with some cleaning accessories, the lid with H.J. Hussey black leather trade label with gilt lettering (one strap missing, the other replaced)
