Modelled as a lotus bud moulded with two rows of leaves above the base and painted on the top in underglaze blue with lines and dots to indicate the leaves and interior of the lotus bud, the whole save the circular flat base also decorated by a blue-tinged clear glaze; with later gold-colored spout
