The naked god standing with weight on left leg, right leg bent at the knee, with beribboned wreath in his luxuriously curling hair, with thick beard, a cloak draped over his left shoulder and arm, holding a thunderbolt in his left hand, his right arm raised to hold his sceptre, an eagle by the side with its head turned gazing up at him, on integral rectangular base
