A SMALL WHITE JADE CARVING OF TWO DUCKS
18TH/19TH CENTURY
The two ducks are shown side-by-side on a lotus leaf, with heads turned backwards and grasping slender leaves of a water plant in their beaks. Together with a small white jade carving of two cats carved in openwork and shown facing each other as they play.
Both 1 3/8 (3.5 cm.) wide (2)

Lizzadro Collection, Chicago, Illinois, acquired prior to 1960.
