Circular, with slightly everted reeded rim, the exterior applied with a repoussé and chased band of flower baskets, floral garlands, dogs and birds, the center of the interior gilt, repoussé and chased with the Imperial double-headed eagle, centering two crossed keys within a rocaille cartouche, marked under base, engraved with date, scratched with indistinct letters and numerals
