With etched blade, nickel-plated steel 'Gothic' hilt pierced with regimental badge (possibly for the 3rd Battalion), and black shagreen-covered wire-bound grip; together with a brown leather-covered scabbard; a second brown leather scabbard with large steel chape; two Burmese dhas, each in wooden scabbard; and a Chinese short-sword, with brass mounts and dark horn grip (blade stuck in scabbard)
