MAKER'S MARK CYRILLIC 'KF', MOSCOW, 1890
The oval bowl finely en plein enamelled with a portrait of a young lady, three-quarter length, wearing a traditional Russian dress, with her right arm on a plinth and holding blue flowers, landscape beyond, within a champlevé enamelled scrolling foliate border, the shaped knopped stem enamelled in blue and red and opaque green, white and pale blue, with a shaped flat finial cast and chased with radiating ornament, marked on stem
7¾ in. (19.7 cm.) long
