BY THE POPOV PORCELAIN FACTORY, MID-19TH CENTURY, UNDERGLAZE BLUE MARK
Applied with two bearded mask handles, painted to each side with a bouquet within a gilt scroll cartouche, the lower part moulded with a band of gilt oval medallions, on a spreading foot and a stepped square base
