JIN/YUAN DYNASTY (1115-1368)
The mountain is carved in openwork to simulate Taihu rock, shrouded in ruyi-clouds supporting immortals above Mi Fu bowing before a boulder. The reverse is carved with a small tripod censer on a promontory beneath a tree. The base is pierced.
