Arabic manuscript on paper, 362ff. plus four fly-leaves, each folio with 15ll. of small black naskh script, with gold roundel verse markers outlined in black, sura headings in white thuluth script within gold and polychrome cartouches, with marginal floral medallions in gold and polychrome, text within black-ruled gold frame, with catchwords, opening bifolio finely illuminated, colophon signed and dated, text followed by prayers, the binding made from 17th century gilt stamped covers with floral designs and Chinese clouds motifs
