With Omega Extract of the Archives confirming production of this watch in 1967 and its subsequent sale in Japan on 21 March 1967.
The exquisitely retro-futuristic look of the present Constellation is highlighted by an impressive conservation state: the watch is practically in new-old-stock condition, without as much as a scratch on it. The intrinsic elegance of the flowing forms of the case is highlighted by the minimalist dial in grey, brushed in "sunburst" style from the center outward, and by the superbly crafted and finished white gold mesh bracelet. The inside of the watch is no less impressive, sporting a calibre 564, considered by the Omega collectors' community as one of the best, if not the best, ever conceived by the firm.
