Cal. 18''' nickel-finished jeweled lever movement, bimetallic compensation balance, repeating on two polished hammers on to a gong, minute repeat activated through a slide in the band, micrometer regulator, gold cuvette, white enamel dial, Breguet numerals, outer red Arabic fifth seconds ring, sunken subsidiary constant seconds, circular engine-turned case, the front cover with red and blue enamel monogram to a plain plaque, chronograph operated through the crown, hinged back, case, cuvette, dial and movement signed

Accompanied by a Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present minute repeating chronograph watch with Breguet numerals in 1903 and its subsequent sale on September 19th, 1911. Further accompanied by a brown leather Patek Philippe presentation box.
