Frankland’s rare series on fishing, its slapstick humour given a gentlemanly air through the use of quotations from Virgil. This is probably the second issue, the first issue bearing the imprint of C. Turner. Last plate watermarked J. Whatman 1827? Siltzer p. 122 (with Turner imprint).
