A RED-OVERLAY WHITE GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE
PROBABLY PALACE WORKSHOPS, BEIJING, 1770-1820
The bottle is finely carved through the red overlay to the white ground with an overall design of two dragons pursuing a flaming pearl amidst flames and above a band of waves encircling the foot.
