A PALE GREENISH-WHITE JADE 'TWIN-HANDLE' DRAGON CUP
MING DYNASTY, 17TH CENTURY
The deep, rounded sides flare toward the mouth and with a pair of stylized dragon handles suspending loose rings. One side is carved with a writhing dragon, and the reverse is finely incised with scrolling clouds. The cup is raised on three squat ruyi-form feet. The pale greenish-white stone has some areas of russet inclusion.
