A CARVED BAMBOO PEN BOX
SIGNED ZHANG QIUGU, DATED CYCLICAL DINGCHOU YEAR, CORRESPONDING TO 1817 AND OF THE PERIOD
The box is carved on the gently arched surface in low relief with flowering prunus branches, and a poetic inscription on the upper left side followed by a signature of Zhang Qiugu, dated to the autumn of dingchou cylical year of Jiaqing, corresponding to 1817, and a seal, Qiugu.
