A GROUP OF FIVE BAMBOO SCHOLAR'S OBJECTS
17TH TO 20TH CENTURIES
The group comprises: a small bamboo waterpot, a bamboo scroll-form wrist rest inscribed and with seals zhi and yan; a bamboo linked peach-form box and cover; a bamboo peach-form brush washer; and a small bamboo peach-form ear cup.

The peach box and cover: Japanese private collection, Christie's Hong Kong, 28 November 2006, lot 1653 (one of two).
All: Property from a Private Asian Collection, predominantly assembled in the 1980s and 1990s.
