A HUALI CYLINDRICAL BRUSH POT, BITONG
19TH-20TH CENTURY
The brush pot is of cylindrical form with straight sides and a recessed circular plug to the base. The wood is of an attractive grain ranging in tone from dark brown to honey.
7 1/8 in. (18 cm.) diam.
Provenance
Property from a Private Asian Collection, predominantly assembled in the 1980s and 1990s.
