A large Steiff teddy bear
with pale golden mohair, large black boot button eyes, pronounced clipped snout, black stitched nose, mouth and claws, swivel head, elongated jointed shaped limbs, cream felt pads, large shaped paws and feet, cardboard lined feet, hump and button in ear --28in. (71cm.) tall, circa 1910 (growler inoperative, loss of stitching to nose and mouth, stuffing shifted from upper arms and neck, split to left ankle, moth holes to feet pads)
