A SILK THREAD RUG CIRCA 1900
The rug is woven with red and yellow scrolling flowers on a blue ground. The border is woven with the place name Wenhua Dian, which may be translated as 'Hall of Literary Glory'.
94 ½ in. x 59 in. (240 x 150 cm.)
