The circular top with inset reverse-decorated panel centred by a chessboard, one cartouche emblemmatic of the City of London, the others of similar Anglo-Scottish heraldic devices, one possibly Edinburgh Castle, on a Solomonic shaft with scrolled cabriole legs and ceramic castors
