Together with a 1969 pamphlet entitled "Ode to LA while thinking of Brian Jones, Deceased" which states in part ...All those ghosts he never saw Floating to doom On an iron candle, and limited edition artwork numbered 75/175 for "American Prayer", Morrison's book which was privately printed in 1970 and then widely available in 1978--22 x 17 in.
