AN INSCRIBED JADE-INSET PEWTER-ENCASED YIXING TEAPOT AND COVER
QIANLONG-JIAQING PERIOD (1736-1820)
The clay teapot is encased with pewter, incised on either side with a poetic inscription followed by a signature Xiao Tong, the handle, spout and finial of cover inset with celadon jades.
