2 parts, 4° (244 x 177mm). Jesuit device on title, woodcut diagrams, a few full-page, ornamental initials. (Some light browning and spotting throughout, a few small closed holes in margins.) Contemporary limp vellum, manuscript title on spine (lightly soiled, shrunk). Provenance: scored inscription on title.
SCARCE FIRST EDITION, only one record of a copy sold at auction in 1995 on RBH and ABPC. Houzeau and Lancaster 11440; Riccardi I(ii) 562.
