First published by Ulrich Zel in Cologne not after 1470, this edition is dated from a manuscript annotation in the BNF copy. Provenance: titled in manuscript on endpaper – Buxheim, Carthusian Monastery Library (stamp and inscription on first leaf) – Hans Meyer, Leipzig (1858-1929, publisher and director of the Bibliographical Institute; inscription).
