Ce rare crochet biface se distingue par son caractère extrêmement graphique : réduit à la représentation d’un visage humain, il présente des yeux tubulaires, perforés des deux côtés, des sourcils arqués prolongés par une longue arête nasale se terminant au dessus d’une bouche en relief. L’extrémité inférieure de ce crochet s’achève par une tête d’oiseau ou de chauve-souris.
