A LARGE FAMILLE ROSE DEEP JARDINIÈRE
19TH CENTURY
The jardinière is decorated on the exterior with two lobed panels of birds amidst peony, chrysanthemum and magnolia branches. separated by four small fan-shaped panels with flowering sprigs, all on a blue wan-diaper ground between decorative borders. The interior is decorated with five carp swimming amidst water weeds.
