Levels into neck
Deep, rich nose of honey cake. Quite high-toned and uplifting, with a dried apricots aroma on the back. Good concentration, well-defined and aged. Full-bodied intense taste, which starts out fresh and elegant, followed by an explosion of sweet peach fruit that lingers on for minutes before gently fading away. The beautiful acidity is very nicely packed in the rich fruit and appears only on the very end. This is a beauty.
