lobed and basket-moulded, the finial formed as a nesting dove on grasses, supported by three doves enriched in a lilac glaze among intertwined branches issuing oak leaves, the interior enriched in pale blue, impressed date code for 1859, the rim -- 24cm. diam. (large section of bowl broken and re-stuck, hairline-crack to base, chips)
