First and only edition of a legal text from a scholar at Pavia. Decius was a teacher of the important German Humanist Willibald Pirckheimer. ISTC records only one other copy of this work in the US and one in the UK; no copies recorded at auction by RBH or ABPC. Not in the Bavarian State Library. Royal folio (412 x 269mm). 98 leaves. Manuscript index on first blank. (Some worming in text, worse at ends, final leaves duststoiled, last leaf strengthened at top, bottom, and inner margins, some spots and stains.) Modern tan morocco, edges red.
