Two documents, signed: "Nelson & Bronte," the first of 2-pages (signed twice), from: "Victory at Madalena," 2 October 1804, folio, appointing John Robertson Lieutenant of the 'Tigre,' signed in the inner margin of the first page and again at the foot; the second an order to Captain Sotheron, from: "Victory at Madalena," 14 January 1805, ordering him to act as a convoy to merchant ships leaving Naples if it becomes necessary for His Majesty's subjects to leave that place.
