A Victorian four-piece tea and coffee service
of moulded circular form, each on a beaded rising foot and with a beaded rim and foliate-decorated scroll handles, chased and engraved with strapwork, stylised foliage and flower heads, and foliate and wrigglework swags, the coffee pot and teapot with foliate-capped rising curved spouts and domed hinged covers decorated with ovolos and with compressed baluster finials, Messrs. Barnard, London 1871, each also engraved with a diamond patent registration mark - height of coffee pot 10¾in. (27.50cm.), 77.25oz.
