the body decorated with a bird sitting between foliate motifs, palmette below the handle; another with single palmette motif -- 4½in. (11.5cm.) high max., both circa 5th Century B.C.; and a group of stone and pottery vessels of various periods including an Egyptian stemmed pottery winged altar with cylindrical stem, traces of red and black bands around foot and lotus petal decoration around bowl, repaired -- 9in. (22.8cm.) high, mid-1st millennium B.C.; and a Bactrian green faience cosmetic container, kidney-shaped, of shallow form -- 2¾in. (7cm.) wide, late 3rd/early 2nd millennium B.C.
