A SET OF FOUR REGENCY SILVER ENTRÉE-DISHES AND COVERS
MARK OF JOHN HOULE, LONDON, 1815-1816
Each shaped oval and with fruiting vine, and ribbon-tied borders, the domed covers spirally-fluted with detachable foliate ring handle with acanthus leaves calyx, engraved on the dishes with a crest with earl's coronet above, marked on dishes, covers, three handles and two nuts, all dishes and cover stamped with number 1 to 4
the dishes 11 3/4 in. (30 cm.) long
254 oz. 5 dwt. (7,909 gr.)
