A fully rigged, partially planked 3/16in:1ft scale model of the Royal Naval snow rigged sloop of war 'Hazard' built by M. Costaglio with masts, yards with foot ropes, standing and running rigging with scale blocks, carved lion figurehead, hair rails, anchors with bound wooden stocks, catheads, bitts, belaying rails and pins, stove pipe, companionways, capstan with pauls, gratings, shot racks and shot, bilge pumps, chart locker and helm, rope coils, guns in carriages with tackle, spars and longboat with bottom boards, thwarts and oars. The planked and pinned hull, with planked decks is finished in black, natural wood and matt varnish with venetian red bulwarks and mounted on two turned brass columns -- 20 x 24in. (50.8 x 61cm.).
