CIRCA 2022

Created through a collaboration between streetwear brand BAIT and F.P. Journe, the present figurines pay tribute to François-Paul Journe at two defining moments of his career. One portrays the independent watchmaker at the beginning of his entrepreneurial journey more than two decades ago, while the other depicts him as he is today, celebrating the remarkable legacy he has built within contemporary watchmaking.

Both figurines are dressed in the manufacture's signature navy watchmaker's coat embroidered with the F.P. Journe logo and are accompanied by seven interchangeable miniature timepieces. These include the Francis Ford Coppola X F.P. Journe FFC Blue Prototype created for Only Watch, the iconic Chronomètre Bleu, and the complete suite of the manufacture's five historic Souscription models: the Tourbillon Souverain, Chronomètre à Résonance, Octa Réserve de Marche, Octa Chronographe, and Octa Calendrier. Combining contemporary collectible culture with independent high watchmaking, this highly unusual set offers a rare tribute to one of the most influential watchmakers of the modern era.
