An Arita blue and white baluster vase painted with shaped panels of peonies and foliage issuing from rockwork on a ground of stylised scrolling flowers and leaves, the shoulder with a band of T-pattern interspersed with floral cartouches below a lappet band to the neck -- 14¾in. (37.5cm) high, 18th century.
