[ILLUMINATED MANUSCRIPT] -- "The Music of the Spheres," illuminated manuscript "compiled by the children of Lawnside for Beatrice Harrison and finished in the ninth month of MCMXXVI," small 4° (177 x 120mm.), 29 leaves mounted on guards, containing 5 full-page miniatures, one or more illuminated initials on almost every other leaf, some full-page, many historiated and in burnished gold, with highly ornamental borders incorporating flowers, small animals and birds, winged insects, fairies, angels and saints (some light browning), original blue crushed morocco by Bumpus, blue watered silk liners, with the name "Beatrice Harrison" lettered in gilt on front turn-in, and with provenance and date of the manuscript in gilt lettering on blue morocco label attached to rear pastedown.
