A rare album which documents several of the battlefields and campsites where the British were confronted by the rising Zulu power in 1879, which resulted in the Zulu War.
Including military portraits of Sir Garnet Wolseley, Lord Chelmsford who eventually retrieved disaster after the British were met by a severe reverse by the Zulus; Lieut.
