The owner with short beard, a cone and lotus bud on his head, wearing a long-sleeved dress and broad collar, holding up his hands in adoration before a table of offerings, traces of four columns of hieroglyphs above reading (left to right):
1) "the divine father of Mut, the scribe 2) ... fy 3) ... 4) [Nes-pa-] Khered, true of voice", traces of red and black pigment, repaired, mounted
