The anglaise riche Corinthian case with dentil cornices and painted porcelain panels to the sides each depicting gentlemen in 18th century costume, the Arabic dial with scene of two ladies seated on a park bench within a formal park setting, blued spade hands (later minute), replaced silvered lever platform to the bimetallic balance, strike/repeat on gong to the backplate stamped LF within a shield and PARIS and numbered 4451
