Each with blued octagonal sighted barrel, scroll engraved blued frame and trigger-guard, blued safety-stop, arbor pin and arbor pin catch (one broken), bright trigger stamped respectively 'W. Tranter 132...' and 'W. Tranter's Patent N, 1352', chequered walnut butt, scroll engraved case-hardened pommel, and nearly all its original finish, the first with case-hardened and the second with blued cylinder: in lined and fitted mahogany case, almost certainly original, with accessories including Dixon flask (spring broken) and W. Tranter Patent rammer and 36-bore bullet mould, London proof marks
