with lithographed brick paper and stone base, three bays and two stories, two projecting bays with stencil decoration at first floor level, wide gable with lithographed window and chimney on roof, opening at the front to reveal four rooms with original papers and internal doors -- 21in. (54cm.) high, 17¾.in. (45cm.) wide, 7½.in 19cm. deep, marked on base 5760/7 (balcony and side of base missing)
